Chakras: There are 7 major energy centers within the body that store energy which are called charkas.
Blocks: A block in your energy is something that stops the natural flow of energy. It can put your body at risk for dis-ease. A block in your energy flow can be on a mental, emotional, physical or spiritual level. Proper maintenance of our energy helps us steer clear of energy blocks that can drain us and cause low vital life force.
Auric Field: This is the layers of subtle energy bodies that exist around your physical vessel. There are 7 layers of energy within our auric field. It is our auric field that creates our sacred space.
Meridians: These are a complex system of energy circuits that run throughout the body. An imbalance of these subtle energies are said to be the front running cause of emotional upsets.
Core Vibration: The manner in which we emit energy at any given time. This energy can be emitted on a low vibration or a high vibration. Negative feelings and emotions all lower our core vibration. Positive affirmations and meditation are examples that can help us raise our core vibration. Reiki Attunements: A Reiki Master initiates a student to a higher vibration of energy.
